APPOINTMENT OF PARENT GOVERNORS

We have two posts available for a parent to join the governing body at Smithdown Primary and be part of our exciting and dedicated team. We are inviting nominations by Friday 31st January. 

As a parent governor, your role is no different to other governors and you will be able to provide a parental perspective to the issues discussed. There are no specific qualifications or requirements – every governing board needs a balance and a range of knowledge, skills and experience and just as our school is incredibly diverse and culturally rich, it is vital our governing board reflects this.
